Responsibilities of the above job will include but are not limited to the following
Drive and initiate business plans to achieve set goals for the branch.
Strategically analyze and explore new profitable business avenues.
Encourage branch staff to achieve overall business targets of the branch.
Ensure that internal controls are in place and practice in Branch Operations and Administration.
The Ideal Candidate should possess
Male candidate, age below 45 years.
Possess at least 10 - 15 years of experience in the Banking and Financial industry.
Degree and/or Professional Qualifications in Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance.
Following IBSL qualifications and Credit Management qualifications are value-added.
To be an individual who possesses a “Service Oriented Mindset” and the confidence to pursue ambitious challenges within a performance-driven culture.
Computer Proficiency and Language Literacy is a must.
